Curtain laying:

1. When laying the curtain, the bright side of the aluminum foil curtain should be facing up, and others can be installed according to user requirements.

2. When laying the curtain, it is necessary to minimize the friction. It is recommended to use a bearing or a smooth surface steel pipe to be worn in the reel of the curtain to reduce the deformation of the weaving structure caused by excessive resistance when dragging the curtain, which will affect the appearance of the curtain And use function. (See Figure 1)

3. When the curtain is opened, ensure that the opening angle is greater than 120 degrees, and two approximately Φ3" smooth-surface steel pipes are placed under the curtain to support the curtain support and the curtain line.

4. When dragging the curtain between the supporting curtain lines, choose a tube 10cm shorter than the greenhouse opening at the head end of the curtain. The extra part of the curtain on both sides should be folded and fasten all the head ends of the curtain at the same time with the fixed film clamp. Tie the ropes that travel between the supporting and pressing screen lines at both ends to ensure that the force is even when dragging the screen to protect the structure of the screen from being affected.

5. When the curtain is opened, pay close attention to not being scratched by other sharp components of the greenhouse.

6. When laying the curtain, without special equipment, it is recommended that 8 people do it together.

7. After the front end is laid, tie the two ends in the same way for the remaining section, and lift them in parallel (the curtain cannot be wrinkled when being lifted), and then carefully pass between the supporting and pressing curtain lines until they are in place. (See Figures 2 and 3)

Fixing the curtain: 1. After the curtain is laid, try to leave the curtain for more than 24 hours to eliminate the dimensional change caused by the tension of the curtain.

2. Before fixing, the self-sagging amount of the curtain in each unit should be as even as possible.

3. Before fixing the curtain, make sure that the sag length at both ends of the curtain should be the same.

4. When fixing the screen, make sure that the movable end and the fixed end of the screen are parallel to avoid wrinkles or uneven shrinkage in the width direction.

5. It is recommended to fix the screen from the middle to both ends at the same time.

Finishing after installation of the curtain: 1. After the curtain is fixed with a certain margin, the middle part of the drooping end may be longer than the two sides. These excess curtains should also be cut with a hot melt knife to ensure that the shape of the curtain is consistent. . If there is no hot melt knife, our company will provide you with scissors. 2. When cutting the curtain, first cut the first-year sticker with anti-aging tape, then stick it at the cutting point and then cut it, so as to ensure that the woven structure of the curtain will not be damaged.
