Calculation method of curtain order length: BOMAN recommends that you calculate the curtain length you need according to the following formula: curtain order length = greenhouse theoretical length (note ①) + greenhouse theoretical length × curtain physical shrinkage rate 0.5% (or 1%, note ②)+Theoretical length of the greenhouse × 1% of the sag of the curtain under its own weight (Note ③) + the designed drape length of each section of the curtain (Note ④) × 2 Example: If the theoretical length of a greenhouse is 50cm, calculate according to the above formula, order the curtain The length should be:
50 + 50 ×0.5% + 50 ×1%+0.6 × 2 =51.95m Note ①The length of the greenhouse refers to the theoretical length when the greenhouse is designed. Note ②The physical shrinkage rate of the curtain. Boman’s screen is 0.5%. If the length of the greenhouse is 50cm, the physical shrinkage of the greenhouse is 50×0.5%. PES10 insulation screen generally considers 1%. Note ③ The amount of sag of the curtain after installation (depending on the installation quality, generally consider 1%) Note ④ The sag at both ends of the curtain is mainly for the sealing of the curtain system (cooperating with the closed curtain) and keeping the curtains at both ends neat Sex (combined with counterweight), etc.
